Dan Quinn, the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys, has made a significant choice regarding his future.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports that Quinn has informed teams that he will continue in his current position with the Cowboys

and has withdrawn from consideration for head coaching jobs. Quinn wants to win a Super Bowl in Dallas because he feels at home there.

Quinn's choice will be a welcome surprise to Cowboys supporters and perhaps a surprising setback for numerous teams with open coaching positions.

Quinn led the Atlanta Falcons to the Super Bowl while leading them to a 43-42 record. He has withdrawn his name from consideration as head coach for the second consecutive offseason,
